FAQs
What kind of therapeutic support is available?
Clients will have day-to-day contact with highly qualified therapists (occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychotherapists) as part of their regular programming. Additional individual therapies are available upon request/based on staff availability. Staff are also available to provide caregiver support and consultation with early intervention, schools, or other providers. Additional therapeutic services outside of the program will be charged separately.
What is the client to staff ratio?
Our groups are kept intentionally small, with a total of up to 5 clients for 2-3 staff.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not directly bill insurance. We can provide you with a monthly "superbill" that contains all of the necessary information in order for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance company to find out exactly how much they may reimburse for this program.
What is the profile of the clients who attend MeadowLARK?
MeadowLARK accepts children whose parents are seeking additional support for them in one or more of our developmental domains. Some of our clients have diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, epilepsy, communication delay, or physical disability. Others simply need more practice in a social setting or with separating from a caregiver. This program is more supportive and provides a softer transition than traditional daycare or preschool.
What is the program’s cost?
Monthly tuition for MeadowLARK is calculated based on $150 per day and the number of program days per month. Average monthly tuition for 2 days/week is $1,200 and for 3 days/week is $1,800.
Do you take flex spending?
Yes, our programs and services qualify for flex spending accounts. Just let the front desk know which card to charge, and whether your account requires a monthly statement or superbill.
