TLC has expanded services for families who's young adult is turning 18 or has already turned 18+ and may require a guardian to assist with decision making. Our Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) provides an evaluation, review of records, and preparation of the required reports to apply for legal guardianship on behalf of a dependent adult. We collaborate directly with psychologist Dr. Jennifer Hermes of Nurturing Minds Psychological Services, to offer this comprehensive evaluation to support families pursuing legal guardianship for their young adults.
