Our Mission:

The Lark Center’s mission is to make neurodiversity-affirming, multidisciplinary best practices the norm in schools, clinics, and community organizations

Our Vision:

The Lark Center’s vision is to elevate awareness and implementation of neurodiversity-affirming practices within our community by demonstrating the positive impact of our model to clients, caregivers, and other providers. Through our multidisciplinary approach, which emphasizes client strengths and promotes client autonomy, we create an environment where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered. We aim to provide outreach within our community to increase meaningful educational, recreational, social, and functional opportunities.

Our Values:

The Lark Center holds interpersonal connection and safety as its highest and most important values. These values, in combination with individuality, autonomy, diversity, and joy, create the foundation from which we learn, grow, and thrive across all of our environments. The Lark Center believes that most meaningful growth happens in an environment that fosters both safety and connection, and that values the unique strengths and interests of every client.
